1. Read just enough to understand the next action.
2. Build one small artifact: a Script, recording, thought or song note.
3. Use it aloud under conditions that resemble real life.
4. Capture friction precisely.
5. Change one thing, not everything.
6. Return later and see whether it became easier.

Do not read the complete Guide before practising. Documentation becomes useful when it stays beside the work.

Use translated guidance sparingly
